One week to save Saturday Night

Dear Readers,

This Friday, June 19th is the last day that we have to register people to hit the minimum numbers we need in order to make sure the reunion happens as currently planned. In particular, Saturday night needs a lot of help in terms of more people buying tickets. We are past the point where mail-in registration will be sure to arrive by Friday, so please take advantage of the convenience of buying your reunion tickets via PayPal from our 20 Year Reunion page.

This is crunch time, everyone, and we’re not bluffing. We need you to buy your tickets NOW!!!

17 days left

Just your friendly reminder to do the right thing and buy your reunion tickets NOW. The Lost & Found list has also been updated with the most recent attendees.

25 days left

We have 25 days left until June 19. This is the make-or-break date for reunion ticket sales—if we don’t have enough people signed up, this thing ain’t gonna happen. Lurkers & procrastinators, don’t blow it for the rest of us. Buy your tickets NOW!

An SHS89 Alum in the NYT

A fellow SHS89er, Brian Fry, was featured in a recent NYT article. Brian studies the evolutionary origins of toxic venoms from snakes and other poisonous animals, and is about to publish a paper documenting the possibility that Komodo Dragons use venom to subdue their prey. Unfortunately, Brian lives in Australia, so he won’t be coming to the reunion, but you can keep abreast of his science stuff here.
